Cambridge New Year's Day, a rainy Rose Crescent.
Jan 11: A pavilion of sorts in Woburn Park, Bedfordshire. It is surrounded with a ha-ha (just visible), with a gate to front and back, leading to the fields around. This image is a composite of 3 bracketed images, using Photomatix HDR to bring them together and adjust the exposure. Finally, PTLens took care of a bit of distortion because of my position relative to the subject.
January (OK, I missed 2 days . . .). A Garage in Gamlingay still open, but about to knock off for the day.
Jan 11: Stormy sky south towards Sandy
Jan 11: The road home. This is another composite of 3 exposures, made with an Olympus E-3 and 12-60 DZ lens. The road is wet from recent rain, the grass green and the sky a mixture of lowering cloud and glimpses of sun.
Jan 11: Jumble of boards – at a farm with a jumble to sell. Another composite of different exposures with my Olympus E-3 and 12-60.
Jan 11: An abandoned bookcase in the back wall of the magnificent glasshouses at the Cambridge Botanical Gardens. Olympus E-3 with 12-60 lens.
